Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy
At KAMATLUX LIGHTING PVT LTD, we are committed to delivering premium-quality chandeliers and decorative lighting products with reliable after-sales support. Our products are manufactured and supplied with careful attention to design, materials, workmanship and quality.
This Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy explains the scope of warranty coverage, exclusions, installation responsibilities, replacement support and the process for raising a warranty or service request.
Customers are requested to carefully review this policy before placing an order.
Warranty Coverage
KAMATLUX LIGHTING warrants that eligible products will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship or material under normal and reasonable conditions of use, subject to the applicable warranty terms communicated with the product, quotation or invoice.
If a genuine manufacturing defect is identified during the applicable warranty period, KAMATLUX LIGHTING may inspect the issue and, where the claim is verified and approved, provide appropriate support, which may include:
Repair assistance.
Replacement of defective components or parts.
Technical support.
Other appropriate resolution at the company's discretion.
Warranty coverage applies only to eligible manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from external factors, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage, defects or performance issues resulting from:
Improper handling, storage or transportation after successful delivery.
Incorrect or improper installation.
Installation performed by an unqualified or unauthorized person.
Electrical faults, voltage fluctuations, power surges or short circuits.
Water damage, moisture exposure or unsuitable environmental conditions.
Accidental damage or negligence.
Misuse or use contrary to the product's intended purpose.
Breakage of glass, crystal or decorative components after successful delivery, except where specifically covered under the applicable warranty.
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications or dismantling.
Damage caused by pests, external physical impact or other external factors.
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
Damage caused by failure to follow recommended installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions.
Any issue falling within the above exclusions may not qualify for warranty service.
Warranty Period
The applicable warranty period, where provided, will be communicated through the relevant product information, quotation, invoice, warranty document or order confirmation.
Different products or components may be subject to different warranty terms.
Where no specific warranty period is stated, the applicable terms will be determined based on the product and the conditions agreed at the time of purchase.
Installation Responsibility
Unless specifically mentioned in the quotation, invoice or order confirmation, installation services are not included with the purchase of the chandelier or lighting product.
Customers are responsible for arranging installation through a suitably qualified and experienced professional.
Improper installation can cause electrical, structural or functional problems and may affect warranty eligibility.
For large, customized or project-based chandeliers, customers should ensure that the installation location, ceiling structure, electrical supply and mounting arrangements are suitable before installation.
After-Sales Technical Support
KAMATLUX LIGHTING may provide after-sales assistance for eligible products, including:
Product-related technical guidance.
Installation-related guidance.
Basic troubleshooting.
Maintenance guidance.
Replacement-component information.
Product-use assistance.
Assistance in assessing reported manufacturing issues.
Support may be provided through phone, email, WhatsApp, photographs, videos or other appropriate communication channels.
Technical guidance does not automatically mean that a warranty claim has been approved.
Replacement Parts
If a warranty claim or eligible transit-damage claim is verified and approved, KAMATLUX LIGHTING may arrange replacement parts or components for the affected portion of the product.
Replacement parts may be manufactured, sourced or arranged depending on product availability.
The availability and delivery time of replacement components may vary depending on the product model, customization, component availability and manufacturing requirements.
A complete product replacement will not automatically be provided where a defective or damaged component can reasonably be repaired or replaced separately.
Transit Damage Support
KAMATLUX LIGHTING takes reasonable precautions to package products securely for transportation.
If a product appears to have been damaged during transit, the customer should notify KAMATLUX LIGHTING promptly after delivery.
To assist with verification, customers should provide:
A continuous unboxing video from the time the sealed package is opened.
Clear photographs of the damaged product.
Clear photographs of the outer packaging and protective materials.
Photographs of the shipping label, where applicable.
Order details and proof of purchase.
A clear description of the damage.
Customers should retain the original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Once the claim is verified and approved, KAMATLUX LIGHTING may provide appropriate replacement components or another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Inspecting the shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Recording and reporting visible transit damage promptly.
Ensuring proper installation by a qualified professional.
Following the recommended installation instructions.
Using the product for its intended purpose.
Maintaining the chandelier or lighting product according to the recommended care instructions.
Protecting the product from moisture, excessive heat, electrical instability and other unsuitable conditions.
Reporting genuine manufacturing defects promptly after discovery.
Providing accurate information, photographs, videos and other documentation required to assess a warranty claim.
Failure to follow these responsibilities may affect warranty eligibility.
Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty or after-sales support, customers should contact KAMATLUX LIGHTING with the following information:
Customer name.
Order or invoice number.
Product name or description.
Date of purchase.
Description of the issue.
Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue.
Any other information reasonably required for assessment.
Our team may review the submitted information and, where necessary, request additional photographs, videos, technical information or an inspection of the product.
KAMATLUX LIGHTING reserves the right to inspect, verify and assess a reported issue before approving warranty service, replacement parts or other support.
Warranty Service & Inspection
Where a warranty claim requires physical inspection, the customer may be required to provide reasonable access to the product or arrange the product for inspection, depending on the nature of the issue.
If the inspection determines that the issue is not covered under warranty, applicable inspection, transportation, repair, replacement or service charges may be payable by the customer.
Any such charges will be communicated where reasonably applicable before proceeding with chargeable work.
Handcrafted & Customized Product Variations
KAMATLUX LIGHTING specializes in luxury, handcrafted and customized chandeliers.
Minor variations in crystal arrangement, finish, colour tone, dimensions, decorative detailing or handcrafted elements may occur between products or individual components.
Such variations may be inherent to the manufacturing and handcrafted process and will not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
A product will be assessed against its approved specifications and applicable manufacturing standards when determining whether an issue qualifies for warranty support.
Electrical & Structural Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation location has suitable electrical and structural arrangements.
The ceiling, mounting structure, electrical wiring, voltage supply, switches, drivers, dimmers and other installation-related components should be suitable for the product being installed.
Damage caused by unsuitable electrical supply, voltage fluctuations, incorrect wiring, inadequate structural support or improper installation is generally excluded from warranty coverage.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Customers should clean and maintain chandeliers according to the recommended care and maintenance instructions.
Improper cleaning methods, abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, excessive moisture or rough handling may damage finishes, crystals, glass, metal components or electrical parts.
Damage resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance may not be covered under warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KAMATLUX LIGHTING's warranty and after-sales responsibility is limited to the applicable repair assistance, technical support, replacement of eligible defective components or other remedy specifically agreed for the product.
KAMATLUX LIGHTING will not generally be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from product use, installation, delays, loss of business, project delays or other circumstances, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

The latest version published on the website will apply to future orders, subject to applicable law and the specific terms agreed for an existing order.
